Emmanuel Chang

Dr. Chang completed a combined MD/PhD degree, graduating from medical school at Baylor College of Medicine and finishing his doctorate Ph.D. at Rice University in the Department of Bioengineering. Dr. Chang is a board-certified ophthalmologist specializing in all aspects of adult and pediatric vitreoretinal diseases. Dr. Chang is fluent in English, Mandarin, and conversational Spanish. When not at work, Dr. Chang enjoys the culinary arts, activities at his Houston, Texas church, and spending time with his wife and two kids.
